How can I pay for my order?

We accept multiple payment methods such as credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. So you can choose the most suitable one for you.
We offer safe shopping and secure online payments via "2checkout" which is an international online payment processing service. It supports just about every country you can think of.
All products are listed in US Dollar, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing an order.

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
You can visit 'Track Your Order'  section. The track button will get activated once the order is shipped. Sometimes, courier takes up to 12 hours to activate the link, so kindly try after the mentioned period.

How can I know exactly when my order will arrive?

We dispatch most orders within 24 hrs (i.e. excluding Sundays and public holidays).
We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location, your shipping destination,  and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location.
Our average delivery time is 12 to 20 days except when the deadline is specified in the product description. If you are outside the USA, plan a few more days before receiving your item.

I need my order fast, do you guys provide expedited shipping?

Unfortunately, we are unable to speed up the delivery. Please refer to the delivery time within United States and Internationally as mentioned.

Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?

On Outlet36, WE PAY SHIPPING for all orders. Except when we offer products completely free of charge, then you have to pay the shipping cost. We will also send you a tracking code as soon as we ship your order.

Why didn't my shipment come in one package?

Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations. Since we work with different producers, we will have several products. So no worries if you get one before the other.

Can I return or exchange my product?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, just contact us at and let us know.
